Implementation & Training Services
Our Implementation and Training Services vary in length
and intensity depending on the solutions you choose and the
number of users involved. The Implementation Phase can consist
of a couple of phone calls or some onsite visits. We work
with you to make sure that the environment is set up for you
to get up and running quickly. You may choose to keep your
training costs down by having us train a select group who
can then perform their own internal training as necessary.
Implementation Services
These services depend mostly on the size of your organization’s
deployment and current processes in place. Implementation
in this context refers to how the software solution will be
used within your organization. As a result this requires us
understanding how you do your business and how you want to
do your business going forward. Our team will recommend to
you the best implementation plan and approach. These services
are not required or minimal for smaller implementations of
our solutions.
Training Services
Training is performed either onsite or remotely. The cost-effective
approach is for us to perform the training via a web conference.
For larger and more complex implementations, onsite training
may be a more logical and desirable approach. Your implementation
analyst will work with you to determine the approach you want.
Hosted versus On-Premise
Our hosted solutions are the quickest way to get started.
There is no hardware or software to install. All you need
is your browser, a URL, unique id and password.
An on-premise implementation requires some additional coordination
and scheduling for the hardware and software. Our technicians
will also work with your IT personnel to determine if our
software solution could run on an existing server or if a
new server is required. As a benchmark, if the user base is
over 1000 seats then one stand-alone server is recommended.
If the user base is over 2500 seats then we recommend a separate
web server and database server.
