MaestroTec’s Professional Services Automation (PSA) solution
is based on our PPM solution and is comprised of tracking
and managing projects; tracking and managing resource time
and expenses; and generating client invoices. Our PSA solution
can be accessed anywhere, anytime, from your browser.
Manager your resources with an up-to-date, searchable skill
profiles to help increase your resource utilization. Project
Managers can search for resources based on any resource attribute
in order to efficiently staff a project. The Manager can allocate
resources at the project level and then the task level depending
on the stage of the project or engagement.
Deliver your projects with high quality, on time and within
budget. Projects are easily created and managed from within
the Project Management function. Projects can be created from
scratch or by using a project template. Maintain task level
and project level status to keep the team and management informed.
Project Status can be viewed through Gantt Charts or our
Project Status reports which can be used to drill down from
summary information to task details. Give access to certain
aspects of the project and project plan to your clients to
keep them involved and informed. In addition to our own project
planning functionality, you can easily transfer your project
plan to Microsoft Project. Just click on the export button
and follow the prompts. Tasks, assignments, dates, and dependencies
all remain intact.
Time & Expense
Keep track of your billable hours and expenses at the project
and client level. Hours and expenses are reviewed by the client
manager prior to generating an invoice. With just a click
of a button or on a schedule, feed your hours to your payroll
and accounting applications.
