Project Portfolio Management (PPM)

Maestro-PPM, our core product, offers several functions that help you control and manage the entire project life cycle from the planning, the initiation, and approval of a request through project and portfolio reporting and analysis at the executive levels. Maestro-PPM is designed to allow each organization to adapt their methodologies and best practices by integrating them through the use of our customer driven tables.

Maestro-PPM integrates several processes in the life cycle of a project or engagement and stores the underlying data in a central repository for easy access within the application or externally through many industry-wide reporting and analysis tools.

Project Management monitors project delivery and budgeting—engagement length, project scheduling, staffing, cost analysis, and quality control. Optionally, you can also import and export files between MS Project and Maestro-PPM.

Resource Management assigns and manages resources for various projects—resource scheduling, forecasting, skills assessment, allocation, resource search and utilization.

Engagement Management improves project communication and manages staffing requirements, planning and scheduling, deliverables, engagement length, and change orders.

Time and Expense Management manages costs associated with engagements—email notifications, workflow approvals and multiple viewing and data entry options.

Invoice Management handles invoice creation, billing periods and rates, real-time online status checking, and integration with back-office financials.

Portfolio Management manages your entire portfolio of projects. It helps you align initiatives with business goals and performs resource forecasting, risk analysis, project analysis and selection.
